Board Members


Jeffrey L. Wyler, Chairman

Mr. Wyler is CEO and President of the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family which operates 27 new car and truck franchises in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Jeff Wyler founded the company in 1973 with the opening of Jeff Wyler Chevrolet.

During Mr. Wyler's extensive business career, he has served in leadership positions with a number of Greater Cincinnati community and business organizations including:

  • Chairman of the Board of Trustees, University of Cincinnati
  • Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Health Alliance of Cincinnati
  • Vice Chairman, University of Cincinnati Foundation
  • Chairman, Clermont County Chamber of Commerce
  • Campaign Chairman, United Way of Clermont County
  • Mr. Wyler is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati and the Harvard Business School-OPM.


    R. Dean Meiszer, CEO/President

    Mr. Meiszer began his banking career in 1978 with Society Bank in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1980, he was transferred to Cincinnati where his career progressed. Mr. Meiszer was named Senior Vice President and area manager for the Cincinnati region in 1987 and, by 1989 the region had over $400 million in loans. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Meiszer left the bank to form the Crisler Capital Company which was one of the banking operations that specialized in private placement of debt and equity securities for middle market, privately-held communication businesses. In 1999, he became the CEO of Lattice Communications. Through acquisitions and tower site development, Lattice Communications grew to a company with over 350 telecommunications towers throughout the country and 20 full-time employees. Lattice was sold in 2004/5 at which time Mr. Meiszer began collaborating on the formation of CBank. Mr. Meiszer has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Masters degree of Business Administration from Xavier University.


    Louis Lauch

    Mr. Lauch is the owner and President of KBM Inc., a Greater Cincinnati company that provides hospital housekeeping services for large complex government and private facilities. Mr. Lauch is also co-owner and Vice-President of Auto Temp, Inc. Mr. Lauch owns, or has owned, a number of businesses in various manufacturing industries including Harper Leather Goods Manufacturing Company, as well as restaurants and real estate. Mr. Lauch earned an Economics degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's degree in Finance from George Washington University.


    Fred A Macke, Jr.

    Mr. Macke has been a member of the Colliers International team since 1976 and is a partner with the firm. As Senior Sales Vice President, Fred is responsible for the leasing and sale of office and office/warehouse buildings throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Fred has successfully completed more than $600 million in sales, 10,000,000 square feet of leases, and over 2,400 transactions during his career.

    In 1993 Mr. Macke was elected a founding Director of Citizens Bank of Campbell County. The bank was sold to Farmers Capital Corporation in December 2005 and in 2006 Mr. Macke rotated off the Board.

    Mr. Macke earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Northern Kentucky State College and an Associate Degree in Real Estate from Northern Kentucky University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Ohio and Kentucky. Mr. Macke's professional designations include Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI).


    Larry A. Sheakley

    Mr. Sheakley is the owner and CEO of the Sheakley Group of Companies, including Sheakley UniComp, Inc., Sheakley Pension Administration, Inc.; Sheakley Management Resources, Inc., Advanced Pay Solutions; Sheakley Resolutions Systems, LLC; Sheakley Vocational and Touchstone Merchandise Group. He is also an owner of Landmark Insurance Agency, Sheakley Benefits Plans, Inc., and the Touchstone Group. Mr. Sheakley is a Partner and serves on the Board of Directors of RM Waste Enterprises, LLC; owner of Princeton Properties, Inc., and owner of Nu-Rinse Corporation. Mr. Sheakley has other significant investments in real estate, restaurants and the healthcare products market. Mr. Sheakley serves as a member of the Governor's Task Force on Employment Services in Ohio.


    Robert Sibcy

    Rob Sibcy graduated from Washington and Jefferson College with a BS in Economics in 1965. He then joined Sibcy Realtors, as it was then known, as a sales associate. The company had been started by his grandfather in the 1930's and was being run by his father Robert J. Sibcy.

    In 1968 at the age of 25, Sibcy was thrust into the corporate leadership role when his father suffered a heart attack and two strokes that left him partially paralyzed and unable to speak. "I was a sales agent one day and president of the company the next," Rob recalls. Despite the recession of 1969 and the need to learn the business, Sibcy, Inc., thrived under Rob's leadership. "There was no option," he says. "And my father's illness was certainly strong motivation." In 1971, Rob married the former Pamela Dixon.

    When Rob was named president, the company had one office and 15 sales associates. In 1980, immediately prior to skyrocketing interest rates, Rob acquired the Robert A. Cline Company and Sibcy Cline, Inc. was born. He has remained motivated throughout the growth of the company and its affiliates. Today, there are 22 branch offices with approximately 1400 real estate agents in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Dayton.

    Rob has diversified his business interests with the founding of multiple Sibcy Cline affiliate companies. His numerous outside affiliations include all local area Boards of Realtors, and the Ohio, Kentucky, and National Association of Realtors. Within the real estate industry, he serves on the Board of Directors of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a national network of independent real estate brokers. Outside of the industry, Rob serves on the Greater Cincinnati Foundation Finance Committee, the Board of Directors of Artswave (formerly the Fine Arts Fund), and on the Board of Directors of the Myers Y. Cooper Company.


    Frank E. Wood

    Mr. Wood is the CEO of Secret Communications, LLC, a private venture capital company. Mr. Wood has over 33 years experience in the radio industry where he has owned and operated radio stations and groups. Mr. Wood has founded or managed a number of businesses, including a place-based media company, a venture capital firm specializing in second-stage technology investments, an internet-filtering software company, a music magazine, a line of women's venture apparel, mortgage lending industry software provider, a website for children, and a transportation company. Mr. Wood is a member of the Board of Directors of Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) and Rewards Network (NYSE:IRN). Mr. Wood has a degree in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago.


    John H. Wyant

    Mr. Wyant founded and is Managing Director of Blue Chip Venture Company which has $600 million of capital under management and five venture funds. The portfolio owns, or has owned, an interest in over 100 fast growth companies primarily in industries including information technology, healthcare services, and media and marketing services. Mr. Wyant has been a Director of over 35 private or public companies. His initial training was in branch management with The Procter and Gamble Company and then as marketing director with Kings Island of Taft Broadcasting Company. He also served as CEO for two venture backed start-up companies, Home Entertainment Network and Nutrition Technology Corporation. Mr. Wyant is an owner and Director of Grandin Properties, a real estate development and management firm. Mr. Wyant has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison and a Juris Doctor degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
