Fred A Macke, Jr.

Mr. Macke has been a member of the Colliers International team since 1976 and is a partner with the firm. As Senior Sales Vice President, Fred is responsible for the leasing and sale of office and office/warehouse buildings throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Fred has successfully completed more than $600 million in sales, 10,000,000 square feet of leases, and over 2,400 transactions during his career.

In 1993 Mr. Macke was elected a founding Director of Citizens Bank of Campbell County. The bank was sold to Farmers Capital Corporation in December 2005 and in 2006 Mr. Macke rotated off the Board.

Currently Mr. Macke is serving as Vice Chair of St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Chairman of the Campbell County Economic Progress Authority, Secretary of the Northern Kentucky Water District Board of Commissioners, board member of the Northern Kentucky University Foundation and board member for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Macke earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Northern Kentucky State College and an Associate Degree in Real Estate from Northern Kentucky University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Ohio and Kentucky. Mr. Macke’s professional designations include Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI).
