Keith B. Grass began his career with the David J Joseph Company (DJJ) in 1978.   Over the years, his career progressed to include division President of International, division President of Metals Recycling and ultimately to DJJ CEO from 2000 until his retirement in 2014. He also was appointed Executive Vice President of Nucor Corporation when DJJ was acquired by Nucor in 2008. DJJ is America’s oldest, full-service scrap recycling company starting in the early 1900’s. Today they are one of the world’s largest scrap brokers and recyclers, with nearly 70 scrap recycling facilities, 14 brokerage offices worldwide and over a billion dollars in assets.   At Nucor he served as Executive VP of Raw Materials for the corporation and a member of the executive management team. Nucor is a steel manufacturer and steel products company with $20 billion in revenue and 20,000 employees.

Mr. Grass has been awarded the distinguished alumnus award from his alma mater Bowling Green State University. He has served on the board of directors at DJJ and four other DJJ joint ventures.   He served on the US Bank, Cincinnati advisory board from 2000- 2001 and is an original investor in CBank.
