R. Dean Meiszer, CEO/President

Mr. Meiszer began his banking career in 1978 with Society Bank in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1980, he was transferred to Cincinnati where his career progressed. Mr. Meiszer was named Senior Vice President and area manager for the Cincinnati region in 1987 and, by 1989 the region had over $400 million in loans. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Meiszer left the bank to form the Crisler Capital Company which was one of the banking operations that specialized in private placement of debt and equity securities for middle market, privately-held communication businesses. In 1999, he became the CEO of Lattice Communications. Through acquisitions and tower site development, Lattice Communications grew to a company with over 350 telecommunications towers throughout the country and 20 full-time employees. Lattice was sold in 2004/5 at which time Mr. Meiszer began collaborating on the formation of CBank. Mr. Meiszer has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Masters degree of Business Administration from Xavier University.
